Biographie

Les origines d'Ehsan Baha remontent à l'Iran, mais à l'âge tendre de onze ans, il s'est lancé dans un voyage transformateur qui l'a conduit aux Pays-Bas. Cette immersion interculturelle précoce a allumé en lui une quête profonde, centrée sur l'identité personnelle et l'authenticité, des thèmes qui allaient définir sa brillante carrière en tant que professionnel du design.

Dans la vision philosophique d'Ehsan, le design transcende la simple configuration du présent ; il représente une exploration des domaines infinis de possibilités et de potentialités. Il affirme que l'innovation, lorsqu'elle est guidée par le design, exige un départ des paradigmes prévalents, permettant ainsi la création de solutions révolutionnaires profondément enracinées dans l'authenticité. Dans le lexique d'Ehsan, le design de l'innovation devient l'art de synthétiser des perspectives diverses, enrichissant ainsi la toile globale.

Dans ses rôles multifacettes en tant que praticien du design, éducateur et chercheur, Ehsan reste dévoué à favoriser le développement d'identités de designers authentiques parmi ses étudiants et ses pairs. Il possède un engagement fervent à aider les étudiants en design et les praticiens à découvrir leur véritable rôle, à reconnaître la vaste gamme d'opportunités à leur disposition, et à comprendre les profondes responsabilités qu'ils portent, en tant qu'individus et professionnels, tout en contribuant à l'amélioration de la société.

L'approche globale d'Ehsan englobe une série d'activités, notamment du coaching personnalisé, des conférences stimulantes, des débats captivants, des ateliers immersifs et d'importantes contributions à la recherche, le tout minutieusement centré autour du thème de l'identité de designer authentique. Son expérience professionnelle étendue comprend des collaborations fructueuses avec un prestigieux ensemble d'organisations, telles que Bang & Olufsen, la Ville d'Eindhoven, Connexxion, l'Université de technologie d'Eindhoven, l'Université de technologie de Delft, la Bibliothèque royale des Pays-Bas, Ford Motor Company, la Chambre des représentants des Pays-Bas, KLM, KPMG, Philips, la Croix-Rouge, The School of Life, et Toyota. Ces collaborations se sont étendues à divers pays, dont l'Iran, l'Italie, le Canada, la Finlande, l'Allemagne, les Pays-Bas, le Royaume-Uni et l'Afrique du Sud.

Actuellement, Ehsan se plonge dans la quête intellectuelle de la rédaction d'une thèse sur le développement de l'identité de designer authentique en tant que doctorant et chercheur invité au Département de l'Organisation et de la Stratégie du Design au sein de la Faculté de Génie Industriel à l'Université de technologie de Delft aux Pays-Bas. Parallèlement, il occupe le poste de Professeur Assistant au sein des programmes de Design Industriel à l'École de Design de l'Université de Montréal. Ehsan cherche avec enthousiasme à collaborer avec des étudiants en licence et en master qui partagent sa passion inébranlable pour la découverte et l'adoption de leur identité de designer authentique.
